BazaFinds Return & Exchange Policy

At BazaFinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and hassle-free!

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date as long as the original tags and packaging are intact.

📌 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used cosmetics & personal care products (for hygiene & safety).
  • Final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
  • Custom items, unless the item received is defective.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1️⃣ Start Your Return
📩 Email our customer support team at info@bazafinds.com with:

  • Your Name & Order Number
  • Photo of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)
  • Reason for return or refund request

2️⃣ Approval & Return Label
Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will email you a return label.

3️⃣ Ship Your Return
Package your item and use the provided return label.                                                      Drop it off at a USPS facility.                                                                                              Do not return items to the original shipping address.

4️⃣ Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return, you can choose:
Refund: Issued to your original payment method in 3-5 business days.
Replacement: Processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking number shows your order as delivered, but you did not receive it.
  •  A claim ID from the local post office or police department is required for theft validation. Once verified, we will send a replacement.
