We offer refunds if you meet the following conditions:

2️⃣ How to Request a Refund:

  • Email info@bazafinds.com or complete the Contact Us page with your name, order number, reason for refund request, and picture requirements for the product.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used cosmetics & personal care products (for hygiene & safety).
  • Final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Returned to Sender

Order returned due to incorrect address provided by you; you have two choices: 

  1. Reship the order (you pay the shipping & handling fee). 
  2. If the return was due to a carrier or seller error- We'll reship free of charge.
  3. If the package is confirmed lost upon delivery service verification and not returned to us
  4. We will issue a full refund.

🕒Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 1-2 hours of purchase. After this, production begins, and changes are not possible. Eligible products may be returned once received.

Clearance items are final sale—no refunds or returns.

We offer a 30-day refund and replacement policy from the delivery date. If you experience any issues with your order, contact us within 3 days of receipt.  


🌍International Shipping & Customs

 Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the base price and are the customer’s responsibility. Each country has different customs laws and fees.
