- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

- Opened or used cosmetics & personal care products (for hygiene & safety).
- Final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Returned to Sender
Order returned due to incorrect address provided by you; you have two choices:
- Reship the order (you pay the shipping & handling fee).
- If the return was due to a carrier or seller error- We'll reship free of charge.
- If the package is confirmed lost upon delivery service verification and not returned to us
- We will issue a full refund.
